How is the FIFEJ?
The FIFEJ is organized under the Ministry of Culture and the Safeguarding of Intangible one hand and the Municipality of Sousse on the other. But the festival team works independently. The objectives, policies and programs are only choices.
To finance the event, the festival has both public subsidies (30% of the budget) and private funding (sponsorship).
To meet these challenges, the FIFEJ has a great team, composed mainly of young volunteers, but also professionals from different backgrounds as well as institutional partners Tunisian and foreigners.
The organizational structures are:
- The Steering Committee
- The organizing committee composed of officials from each sector
- The committees of the International Meeting of Youth (youth committee, technical committee, committee of the Forum)

- 1st Vice-Chair: Moncef Ben Ameur
- 2nd Vice President: Mohamed El Moncef El Gadhab
- Secretary General: Hassen Alileche
- Treasurer: Mohamed Kalfallah
- Members: Anis Ben Ahmed, Hichem Ben Said, Izziddin Kenani, Anwar El Fani, Mohamed El Arbi Kédidi
